I needed an exterior door replaced in an external mudroom that definitely required some finesse to accomodate some structural shifting. BTW Renovations Inc. responded to me shortly after I posted the job, and the BTW crew showed up precisely as scheduled! I was consulted on all the important details as the job progressed throughout the day. The work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time and the final tally was very competitive. The quality of the workmanship, and the thorough cleanup was very much appreciated! BTW even loaded up some construction materials I needed to dispose of. I recently hired BTW Renovations to complete a laundry/bathroom renovation as well as a second bathroom update, and I could not be more impressed with the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, my expectations were met at every stage. The quoting process was prompt, clear, and fair. Work began on schedule and was completed on time and within budget—something that is increasingly rare in the industry. Having a general contractor manage the project made a significant difference. All trades—carpenters,  electrician, drywallers, countertop and flooring installer were well coordinated and completed the work in the correct sequence without delays. Wayne, in particular, was excellent to work with. He quickly understood my needs and offered thoughtful suggestions, including high-quality material options that enhanced the final result. His communication was consistent and professional, and it was clear he took pride in delivering top-tier workmanship. The finished spaces are beautiful and functional, and I’m very happy with the results.
